Symptoms:At the tyre shoulder, the sidewall rubber and tread rubber delaminate, and the interface was smooth. Causes: ①In the process of tyre manufacturing, the water and gasoline were left among the parts of the steel belt; ②There were oil, dust and other impurities; ③The pressure of the molding fluctuates. Symptoms:The bulging phenomenon occurs on the tyre bead in a large area. The reinforced layer is delaminated from the carcass rubber or bead filler and the interface is smooth.
